Email Storage
Keep receiving notices that my email storage is almost full. When I received the first one I deleted years of emails. The percentage warning indicator on the home page keeps appearing and I still keep receiving notices. How do I reset the system to recognize the deleted emails.

How are you deleting them? If you are using a program like Outlook and POP3, you might not be deleting the ones on the server, just the copies you downloaded onto your PC.
If you are using webmail.cox.net, then be sure to check all your folders, including Trash. If you no longer want webmail to put things in trash then Settings > Preferences > "Do you want to move messages to Trash when deleting?" > "Delete immediately...".
