Just installed windows 10 (from windows 8.1). I receive emails with an attachment (the paperclip symbol is there) but the attachment is nowhere to be found. I am talking about a regularly received email with an attachment (a newsletter) that I always received with windows 8.1. Is this a windows 10 issue ? Mcafee?
Thank you.

Are you talking about in webmail or a email client? If a client, which one?

Hello bdel,
This sounds like a Microsoft issue. I highly recommend checking with their support sight. You can find it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us
Thanks,

Unfortunately, I found no help at this link. I am receiving attachments (pdf files) from other sources. It seems to be this one source which distributes a newsletter to a large distribution. Thank you.

Did you try this? Could be a security setting.
