Email Attachments

I am not receiving attachments on emails. most are pdf and i receive them on my iphone w/o issue but when i check web mail the attachments do not exist on the same email where they do exists on my iphone email.

Few questions for you:  Are you certain the emails in webmail are the same emails you're seeing on your phone with .pdf attachments?  If so, do you see any attachments on the email at all?  Do you know if you're using Classic or Enhanced webmail?
