My DVR stops recording before a TV show is over. How can I sync the TV & DVR times?

You can extend the recording so that it can run a few minutes after the cut off time to ensure you are recording the entire program. What model DVR do you have?

It is actually a big problem at my house. Of course it's my fault, but everybody gets upset. You can extend times of the stop, but that can also cause a problem if you have other shows recording at the same time our current show is ending.. Thought Contour 2 would address that, but not yet so far.

I have a similar problem. It seems that the clock on the DVR (I have the 6 tuner whole house version) is a minute or two out of sync with the programming. Is there anyway to adjust this so all program recordings will start and stop at the listed times?
