DVR RECORDING ERRORS

seems like I am not alone having this problem. Mine started last week some record some don't, what do I need to do to fix this

Hi, what type of errors are you getting from your DVR?  Does it happen during playback?

We have been having continual problems for weeks with the Fox station and both FX & FXX stations.  It records 3-13mins of each show and stops recording...help

We have the contour systems and it was set up about 1 1/2 years ago.
