Downlaoding Mcafee antivirus through Cox

Everytime I try to download Mcafee through Cox it gives me Problem Code 0 and tells me i need to fix it before i can continue downloading. What is this code and how can i fix it?

Hi Lance, please provide some additional information: 
- What internet browser are you using and what version is it?
- What operating system are you using and what version is it?
- Are all available updates for your operating system installed?

Do you have any previously installed security software? If yes, please uninstall/delete the program. Then try to re-install McAfee.
