DND access code

Does anyone have a link to the access codes for the Phoenix area? I'm looking for the Do Not Disturb on/off access codes. It works ok using the settings, but what if my internet went down??? Since Cox refuses to get with the program and offer Nomorobo access for us, using DND is the only way to not be bothered by the scam callers daily.

Hello,

There are no access codes for this feature on residential phones. You will need to access the phone tools online in order to change the settings.

Thanks

Thanks for clarifying that. Looking online for Cox feature access codes, you find different versions. The only one I found referencing DND had several other access codes typical of PBX systems. You guys really need to either increase the number of call rejections from 30 to 100 or more, or offer Nomorobo capability. If not, it's gonna cost you customers.

If scammers are using fake numbers, which includes fake area codes and fake exchanges, there are 10 billion spoofs they can use.  The FTC and service providers are not checking this.  It's obvious they don't care.

If you don't want to be bothered, you need to create an Allow List...or buy a phone with a DND feature.
