I noticed my Premier Internet account has a 300 GB data limit applied to it. I can't find anything related to a data cap in any of the material on the website, or any of the documents that I've received from Cox. Does the data cap not apply to customers in Tulsa (hence not being mentioned anywhere), is it mentioned on a very obscure page somewhere, or did I just fall for the old internet-switch-a-roo (fraud)?
I just went through the entire process of signing up for service, and it literally doesn't mention once on any of those pages that there is a data cap.

Usually Google is good for that sort of thing. Here is the FAQ. Cox has had Data caps for a long time, they just haven't been enforcing it as much until now.

This is the same question I have. What are the data caps and what happens when you exceed it? Do all of the tiers have the same Data Cap at 300?
