Critical errors in event log
is it normal to see many MANY critical errors on my gateway event log? I've been having ALOT of issues with my internet for quite some time now and even after replacing the modem I still see many critical errors.

| Critical (3) | Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out |
I know for sure a T4 timeout is definitely not good... any suggestions or tips are appreciated. Thanks

yes many problems. mostly inconsistencies. My speeds are 3Mbps one minute and the next they are back up to 180Mbps+. My latency is through the roof I can't even play console games online without big time lag. I have trouble watching streaming video consistently. and every once in a while I'll have an entire day of disconnects every hour to the minute for 5 seconds and then come back online. It's ping timing out and not actually rebooting.I have had tech after tech after tech come out and they've done everything from blame my PC to rewire through the wall to the latest change was Gateway replacement.

There is also a 2-3db fluctuation in my power signal levels

I'm not familiar enough with interpreting tracert results to even spot a problem.

I"m not having trouble accessing any sites specifically. I just notice that my connection works fine for a while then seems to slow way down and everything starts messing up. ie: streaming HD video. Or another example, playing Call of Duty on Playstation 4 I'll be able to play fine at times and other times I'll have such terrible lag that I get killed before I even see the person that shot me. This lines up with other trouble at the same time. all on direct connection and not wireless.
