I have the contour app on my ipad and when I open up the app and pick a movie,ect the little icon on the bottom right thst said watch from tv.It doesnt do anything.can you help

Please go to your Ipad Settings and locate the Contour app. Please select the app and review Status Codes. Please let us know if you have an error code listed.
