Contour on Android 5 tablet

I have an Android 5 tablet.  When I connect Contour I get the listings and view Icons.  But when I try to view a program I get "Connection Error:: 3305 :: ... please verify your internet connection"

What tablet do you have?  I assume you have a tablet running some release of Lollipop, which version?  Are you using the original Contour app or the newer Contour 2 app?  Are you connected over WiFi to the Cox network or using mobile data?  AFAIK, you must be on Cox's network to use the mobile Contour app.
