contour cable DVR box
My Contour DVR cable box is stuck in "boot" again! This is the third time this has happened. Each time the tech replaces the box which eliminates all my recordings. Last replace just a few weeks ago. Why can't Cox fix the issue?

The question's which come to my mind are why your DVR is re-booting so often? Does that outlet have clean AC power? Are you using a battery back-up of any sort? All connections tight? No splitter? DVR model number? WHDVR?
