Contour 2 App missing record features
The Contour 2 app does not seem to have any of the same features as the original contour and TV connect app. I used to be able to record shows when I was away from my home using my cell phone. I am no longer able to do this. It when I tried to watch any show on my contour app which are used to be able to watch Actual live TV it is grated out. Any solutions?

The live TV viewing is an in-home feature only due to our current licensing and we continue to explore solutions to that issue. Contour 2 however simply doesn't have a remote scheduling feature.

The Cox Connect app allows you to set recordings when you are away from home. It's clunky and slow (especially compared to the Contour 2 app), but it works. Hopefully they'll add recording to the Contour 2 app in the near future. Without that, it's fairly useless given that I have TVs in my house that are pretty good for watching TV.
