Constant Contact/White Listing

I can't receive emails from someone who uses the program Constant Contact to send out emails about a weekly bike ride.  Any idea on how I can get Cox to "white list" that program?  The email doesn't even go to my spam folder.

Whitelisting a program isn't applicable and whitelisting in general isn't available with our residential email platform.  It may be necessary for the sender to research their email reputation and see if they have been identified as possibly spamming by any blacklist providers.
