closed captioning problem
my motorola dch3416 dvr cable box always displays closed captioning, even though I've turned it off in the menu, and recycled the power. anything else I can do to turn it off ?

Are you sure it's not the TV's closed captioning?

Domino is probably headed in the right direction. Check the Menu settings with your TV for Closed Captioning and make sure it is turned off/disabled within the TV. Let us know the outcome!
