Channels temporarily off air
Channels keep showing temporarily off air. Why is this happening? Resetting boxes do not work. I'm paying such a high price for cable each month just do my channels don't work? Called technical support and they act like they are stumped as to why this is happening but I see others have had the same problem. Are you just ripping me off cox? I'm getting fed up with this and want it fixed.

Sounds like there may be an issue with the signal going to your receiver. Please check the connections at the outlet as well as the back of the box to ensure that everything is tight and secured. Do you know if you have any splitters connected to the cable line coming from the outlet going to the back of the modem? If so, I recommend bypassing the splitter and connect directly from the outlet to the back of the box.
