I have a HD tv with a 4240 cable box, Should I up grade?

The 4240 has hdmi out so it's capable of HD. Is the current box working for you? Any problems? Why do you want to upgrade? Unless you want additional functions, like a DVR, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just my opinion.
