What's going on with the box you need to swap? Sometimes problems that seem to be with the box are actually due to signal levels being out of spec for one reason or another. This would need to be addressed by scheduling an appointment with a technician who can then determine the cause and necessary steps to correct the problem.

If there is something wrong with your box a technician  can come to your home to replace it at no charge. In some cases boxes can be swapped out by you at the Solutions Store. If you have a moment to provide your box's model number I can better gauge if you can take it to the store for exchange.
