Cable box (Cisco 9865HD) turns it self off

Occasionally my Cisco cable box (9865HD) will turn itself off. It doesn't lose power, it just turns itself off. Pressing the power button on the remote turns it right back on. Sometimes it will do this multiple times in a 15 minute timespan, and then other times it won't happen for a few days. I've seen similar questions, but no real answers.
