Buffering on streaming video services
For the last two days when ever I used Hulu or You Tube the video plays for a few minutes and then stops and has to buffer - it never did this before and it is getting very annoying

Is it just Hulu and Youtube or all streaming sites? Some of it could be congestions between Cox and the peering Youtube chooses with Cox. You can check it here. And Hulu has this FAQ. Included is the general suggestion of using Speedtest.net to test your speeds. If there good, and youtube is slow, I can show you how to track down the problem.
