Brand New tuning adapter only blinking yellow
Been through a few cox phone techs now and no one knows how to fix this. It's cabled properly. After going through *** this week with 9 cablecards 5 tuning adapters, 3 service calls, endless phone calls, and 2 tivos, I'm all but done. Please help me find someone who knows what they're doing.

I'm seeing that there is a work order setup for a technician to come out. Our techs are dispatched to diagnose the issue and also see where the issue is coming from. Please keep us updated after the tech leaves.
