billing address

Can I get a mailing  address to send my payments to?   The online payment system never works for me.  Maybe I could send my payment by mail,  if only I could find an address to send it to.  By the way I live in North Las Vegas, NV 89031

Hi, what happens when you try to use the online payment system? Are you logging in using your primary Cox user id?

If you log onto your Cox account with your primary user id you can view your statement in pdf format.  The first page of the statement includes the remittance advice with the payment address (bottom of page).  I would print that page and include the remittance advice with your payment to be sure it's credited to the correct account.

But, as Mike posted, what error are you getting with the online system?
