Contour App Channel Error.

Local Omaha, NE channel 131 is listed as KPTMDT3 which is a Fox affiliate. When the channel is selected it changes to a PBS Kids channel which seems to be channel 128. The error happens on android tablet and PC. Is there a way to fix the station feed so channel 131 is correct?

This "ticket" was submitted on December 10, 2018.  How long should this take to correct?  I was told twice this should have been fixed in 48 hours.
