403.201 error.

Contour won't allow me to log in with iPhone and iPad getting same error message.....403.201 error. Updated both apps to 4.11.0 and get same error message. Help Please. Just joined Cox with TV, Internet, and phone on Tuesday, 4 days ago.

Contacted COX about having 2 different account numbers. They corrected that, and suddenly the Contour app works. Imagine that.
