I have had my connection drop out several times per hour for a couple years now. I have had three different techs at the house with no change to service. I printed the error log from my modem and the techs didn’t even look at it. I have replaced my modem twice, put it a new router, and replaced the line into my house. No change, is there anything else I can do? I feel like it’s a larger problem that Cox was not willing to admit to or fix.

Two things I'd like to mention one is hopefully you don't have the coaxial cable going through a surge protector that accepts coax cable because that can lower your internet down to 100 megabytes per second speed like I've encountered in the past. One time I had them come out and they replaced a splitter that was a one into three and I was only using two out of the three and he mentioned that it could pick up phantom frequencies which kind of sounded funny to me but he changed it. I had my cable going into a UPS and I noticed drops pretty bad and once I unplugged it out of there and went straight to the modem it fixed it so thought I'd mentioned that just to bring it up.
Depending on your router like I have a new TP Link AFC 5400 and if it has a 6 gigahertz band by law has to work in sequence to the local air traffic so it could be cutting out because it's sensing air traffic signals and switching so if you maybe put it on a 5 GHz band or checking in your settings to make sure that everything set right in your router. Hope I've helped.
