“We’ve experienced an error, try refreshing the page and signing in”

It’s keep giving me that message when I try to login to upgrade my plan. Nothing has fixed it and the problem definitely isn’t on my end. Any one know how to get it to work?

How do you know the issue isn't on your end?  I just signed in, so I know the website isn't down.  Try deleting your Cox cookies.  That should force you to re-authenticate with your Cox credentials and might fix your issue.

Your ability to sign in doesn't mean it's an issue on the user end.  I'm currently having the same issue across various devices and networks.  It's almost certainly not an organization wide issue but database problems affecting certain users, internet backbone issues (ie. Lvl 3 Communications having an outage), site issues with specific browser configurations, and so on are ALL possible issues on the Cox end of things.  

 

Actually the fact that I can sign in here but not the main login page further gives evidence to it being an issue on the Cox side.
