Trouble in Northwest Arkansas? Very slow downstream, upstream is normal. Multiple friends having same issue
Over the last week, including right now (11:00 PM CST) myself and others in the Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers area of Arkansas are experiencing extremely low downstream speeds. I have premier and I'm only getting 8 Mbps down right now, but my upstream is normal at 30 Mbps. Typically I get about 64 Mbps according to the cox.net speed test. Is there something going on in this area causing these widespread issues? I called support and someone is coming out on Sunday, but this seems like a bigger issue than just me, so I was hoping there might be an answer here.
