I would like to know why my bill for internet services jumped from $58 to $98? That’s a freaking $40 for just internet services. I pay for my sons internet services at his apartment due to him having MS, is legally blind and a paraplegic. The ability for him to read and stream tv is the only luxury he gets. Why do we have to pay more for upgraded HD-DVR when we are already paying for one?
Why do we have to pay more for the new upgraded HD-DVR when we are already paying for one? I am paying for HD service and a HD-DVR but now COX's new HD-DVR with expanded capacity requires an extra $5/month on top of what I already pay. When you have a better device to support a product I'm already paying for it's not right to charge me extra to get it. Verizon and Satellite providers include their best HD-DVRs in their regular packages so why does COX have a double tiered payment requirement for HD subscribers?4.9KViews0likes7Comments
