Does Cox ever expect me to open another letter from them?
Seriously. I receive 3-4 letters PER WEEK with "Important Customer Information!" on the front. Every. Single. Time. It is junk mail trying to get me to buy more services from them. IF they ever send a letter that really does contain important customer information, then I'll never read it. For the last 6 months I have immediately torn the envelope across my printed name and thrown the junk into the trash can. I don't even bother looking to see if it might be something "important". I don't know how to stop the avalanche of junk mail. I have already fooled around with settings with no luck. I miss important emails because I get so much **. I like how I am able to create folders for emails that I want to save. I wish emails from certain people could automatically go into designated folders.2.1KViews0likes1Comment
