IMAP Cox Deletion Of Trash
I started having an issue about 6 months ago where my deleted emails started to disappear. After much research I found the following from above. "Trash and Deleted Items folder contents are subject to deletion at any time". I am amazed that Cox started deleting my emails under this "policy". This is totally wrong & seems to be an invasion of my personal data. Cox provides a limit on how much space I get based on my service level and it is my responsibility to determine how to manage the messages in my folders that consume my allocated space. It is not Cox's responsibility to determine what emails I can keep or remove. I would strongly suggest that Cox either make this an option for the users to choose or to revert back to the options that currently have for managing deleted folders.
