ustomer interface on the Cox Home page?
I sign on the my "account" page and all I get is the "Interactive bill check here" message. I'm not able to see or pay my bill. I've changed my password and all looks ok. Still can't pay or view my services sof bill. I do get a lot of "commercial pop-up windows" but no account information. Clicking on the footer URL's doesn't do much but return me to the interactive info page. Has anyone seen this? When I subscribed to Cox, the installer stated I didn't have to have the cable, as my unit has Wifi. He told me what I would need to do to remove the cable and use the wifi. At that time, I wasn't interested. But now I have some devices that will need to have wifi to tranfer readings to the site.
