Done with refurbished boxes And cox
Alert new customers, when you sign up for service you are getting a refurbished box that breaks constantly and fees will be charged for coming out to replace a refurbished box with another refurbished box. Im going on my fourth box in 4 months. Apparently the refurbishers aren't able to fix the boxes to last more than a month. It's getting worse. And unless you live in an area with fiber optic lines this will continue. I was personally told this by the last 2 techs that came out.2.3KViews0likes2CommentsNBC
Apparently Cox is using this dispute with NBC to raise our fees ...... will we be given the option of dropping other channels to keep our fees the same with less service? Technically speaking, can Cox make the web feed from NBC more accessible via their broadband service (i.e. setting it up as an easy favorite to watch the various programs...... ATT is looking much better lately....1.9KViews0likes1CommentAren't all fees suppose to be told to the customer up front?
I was never notified that I would be charged $45 for a technician to come to the house when my internet was down. Now I'm suppose to by 3 installments of $15. Isn't there a law somewhere that says they have to tell me what they will charge me for assistance? --Annoyed1.9KViews0likes0Comments
