SDG&E Reduce Your Use Alerts delayed by Cox.net?
Our recent heatwave, and the accompanying use of air conditioners is prompting San Diego Gas & Electric to issue Reduce Your Use alerts via radio, and TV, and if you've signed up via email, and social media. They actually give you credit on your electric bill if you keep your usage below a certain level between 11AM and 6PM. There's just one problem: COX COMMUNICATIONS is delaying the email alerts! Or so says SDG&E. My Reduce Your Use Alerts show up in my inbox 2 days late. Is there a problem at Cox that is delaying delivery of these time sensitive emails? What gives?2.4KViews0likes0Comments
