My Cox email account was hacked and used to change my account on a 3rd party application
My Cox email account was recently hacked and used to hack into some of my online accounts. Cox has NOT BEEN HELPFUL! As a matter of fact, the person that I spoke to was very condescending! In addition to what appears to be a VERY WEAK firewall, they allow so much SPAM through that at least half of the emails that I receive every day are SPAM. The lack of concern by Cox is, to say the least, disconcerting! I'm deleting my Cox email and switching to my Gmail account.
