Webmail SPAM seems to no longer offer just marking mail as SPAM.
Because of an issue I was having with my Cox e-mail yesterday I logged into Webmail (which I really never use) and noticed that my Spam folder was full of messages, most of them not spam. In the past you used to be able to indicate that you just wanted suspected spam to be marked as spam but not tucked away in a spam folder. Is this option still available? I can't find it. Enough is enough. Fraudulent conveyance of services. Un-acceptable wait times for customer service, tech support, and billing questions. I'm documenting video grabs and chat support….it's sad but funny sometimes. Wecouldn't make this stuff up. Seriously a $50.00 price increase this month.2.1KViews0likes2CommentsBill/Payment Does Not Show on ANY Device
My friend logged onto her account sitting right next to me and was able to access her bill/payment options. I, however, am not able to. I have tried my laptop, my iMac, my work computer. It has to be my account, because my friend accessed her account, logged off, and I used the same computer and it didn't work.... SO? What' the deal?1.7KViews0likes1CommentOutgoing email is being blocked as "spam"
I am a volunteer Transport Coordinator who arranges multi-legged, cross-country transports for rescued dogs. Each leg of the transport must have a different driver, and there's a huge network of volunteers willing to drive these legs. After I prepare a "run sheet", I email it out to my willing contacts, using the Bcc field so as not to expose everyone's email addresses to spammers. The recipient list can contain range from 10-40 people. I've been doing this for going on 9 years and have never had a problem until today. I had just sent out one transport's run sheet to my contacts and prepared another email for my other transport. The one I sent yesterday to the SAME PEOPLE for the SAME TRANSPORT went through without a problem, now today, it detecting what I'm sending as "spam". This is FAR from spam! The people I send to WANT to volunteer. They are WILLING RECIPIENTS. Why all of the sudden is this being picked up as spam? How do I get this resolved, because the transport starts in 2 DAYS?! Here's the error message I received, and I tried changing up the email and the recipients a bit to no avail: Sending the message content to the server failed. The server response was: Eu4A1r00D4x87eA01u4Bef This message was undeliverable. This message has been found to be a potential spam message, and has therefore been blocked. Can anyone help me? I'm desperate here!5KViews0likes11Comments
