Why can,t i get an answer....t v station change on its on, i call 18882699693 or 18553078210 they don,t have no answer the same were i go too pay my $182.00 a month. I just want to know why the person in charge of writing the TV guide and putting what movies and shows and sports on at what time , can not do his job correctly ?????? I will explain I recorded game 2 of the NBA finals that was in the guide at midnight so this is the second showing , I got home from work before the recording started and sports news was on , 1st thing play that show after the game is done because I want to watch the game without knowing who won and what happened they show the highlights and who won that's ** what's worse the TV guide said the game started at 12 , it did not start till 1 am , I also record movies days ahead and when I go to watch them later it is a totally different movie than it said , and last but not least quit playing 20 year old movies over and over your old motto was you will have Friday , Saturday , and Sunday to watch this movie *** no it plays all month the month after and then 2 more straight months 400 times total and this is what I am pay $209 a month for , BS So here is a simple solution to fix these simple problems that not only I have with my 15years + years of being a cox customer but others too. (1) Fire or put the TV guide programmer in a different position , (2) put newer movies and shows on , and don't play them like HBO does over and over all month that is what DVR's are for . (3) Quit forcing upselling stuff like you mini boxes and *** like that all digital my **** my mini box pauses the program just like the day all digital TV started when the AZ cardinals played the Steelers in the super bowl what a messed up game always freezing the screen . (4) ALL the new little stuff like mini boxes should be free not for 1 year for for ever for long time customers . OH YES GET RID OF THE FREAKING COMMERCIALS OR CUT THEM IN 1/22KViews0likes3Comments
Hallmark movie channel stuck on commercial
Around 12:30 am I switched to channel 75 HMM but it got to a commercial and won't go any further. I can rewind it but then it will stop at the same point and won't go past it and tried again at 7 am and the same commercial is still playing. All other channels are playing fine. Doorbell Commercial
Obviously, Cox executives do not have dogs or they never would have approved a commercial that has someone ringing the doorbell not just once, but 3 separate times in 30 seconds. Seriously, Cox? Did Cox do this on purpose to aggravate their customers with dogs? It took me all of 30 seconds to realize that substituting a buzzer (or some other non-standard doorbell sound) would stop most dogs from barking. I know you probably spent a lot of money on the commercial, but it's hard to fathom that nobody there had the foresight to realize that dogs will bark EVERY time it comes on. Please stop running it. I would suggest that you ask for your money back from whatever marketing company made it for you, or ask them to make you another commercial - perhaps they will give you a discount. Here's some free market research - it is having the opposite effect that you're looking for; if I was going to order your product, I wouldn't just because of this commercial. Every time I have to tell my dog to stop barking, I am not paying attention to the commercial. And if I let him just bark, then I can't hear your commercial anyway. Yes, I can mute it, but A) the dog is already barking and B) if I mute it, I'm not listening to it, so it's not very effective in getting me to buy your product.5.2KViews0likes7Comments
