MLB.TV linking to Cox Account to watch on Contour device
I spoke with Ann B. today and she told me that Cox can't match the MLB.tv TROOP ID offer of $77.34 for full access to MLB games and verified that it would be smarter to just sign up with MLB.tv and then link accounts. I then asked Ann to verify that I can watch these games on my Cox devices at home once I signed up at MLB.tv.. She verified so I signed up, came back to Cox and find out that I can't do this. Then just got told by two other agents via online chat that this is not true. Military members beware?
