Epix and Encore on demand
I recently removed Starz and HBO from my channel line up, but kept the Variety Pak which had encore and epix. I can no longer find Epix and Encore in the On Demand listings. No one at Cox support seems to be able to tell me why it's not there anymore. Has anyone else had this problem or knows the answer?3.8KViews0likes4Comments
Movie Channels Temporarily Off Air
Is anyone else having this issue with some of the movie channels? EPIX and FLIX seem to be having the most trouble, but also happens to several of the other channels from 360-385. Select one of these channels and we see an "error message" after a black screen for 5-10 seconds: "Temporarily Off Air - EPIX (or whichever channel) - please check back later." Sometimes the channel displays correctly for 5-10 seconds and then shhows the error message. This started sometime during the week of 12/3.4.8KViews0likes4Comments
