Audio on Contour App on PC.
I am experiencing a problem with audio on Contour. I run it as an internet explorer app on a Windows PC I use for my home theater. The past couple of times I have watched programs on the contour app, the audio has been broken. I can use the same IE for YouTube videos with no problems, and the same PC for my DVR and live TV via my Ethernet TV Tuner with no audio problems. I cannot confirm the last time it was OK, but I have been using the Contour app for at least 12 months, probably more than 36, actually, with no audio problems, but this problem has come up since the 4th of July holiday. I have tried backing off the volume control for IE with no effect. Please escalate this to Engineering, Quality Assurance, as I do need to occasionally use Contour to watch content when my DVR fails to pick up a recording.7.1KViews0likes6Comments
List of destination IPs/subnets used by the Contour 2 App?
I have both Cox and another broadband provider in my house for internet. I'd like to be able to use the Contour App from my iPad, but I need to make sure that it's using the Cox connection for outbound traffic so your system knows I'm actually "at home". Do you have a FAQ/list of destination networks the App uses so that I can set up a static route for them? COX Contour and TV Connect Apps for Windows 10
Hi, will there be an app developed for Windows Phone 10 devices in the near future? I'm assume so, since Microsoft have an universal app development framework now... Cox can develop one code base that can work across all windows 10 devices. If Cox management, chief software engineer, and lead software architects haven't made a decision to go on this; maybe the business need to hire replacements.. My whole household have moved away from iOS and Android devices; and replaced all with windows 10 devices; no plans to go back...25KViews0likes4Comments
Contour app download of movies or shows for later viewing offline
Where can I find information on how to download a movie or TV show into my Contour Library for later viewing offline using the Contour App for iPad?
