Available Date - On Demand Movies website does not match On Demand Movies via TV
The website On Demand - Movies - Interstellar "Available 2/28" [today], but not listed when I go to On Demand - Movies - via my TV. Is there a certain time when new are listed there to rent?Solved10KViews0likes19Comments
Channel available in SD, but not HD anymore
I called a few days ago to ask what was going on with the FYI channel in HD because I was able to watch it a few days prior to that, and it was having problems (skipping, pixelation), but now it is currently unavailable to me. I can watch FYI on SD, but I think when we pay for HD channels, we should be able to watch them in HD right? Also just realized that the Outdoor channel is supposed to be available in HD as well but it currently is not, and only available on SD. The customer service rep attempted to reset my box remotely a few different ways to no avail. He scheduled a tech to come out, but do you think the tech would have been able to make that channel reappear in HD? Is anyone else having this problem?
