Hi Las Vegas Residents: Outage issues for 6 days straight. I contact chat help and it is useless. The script is not warm it is fabricated. My grandmother has not had a phone nor internet for 6 days and she is 88 years of age. I wanted to see if anyone in the East side of Las Vegas they are experiencing the same issue. I have not found ANY response from Cox just as there is an outage. I am overwhelmed with the lack of accountability, reliability and urgency to rectify the situation.
