I also have several Cox accounts as I am a vacation rental property manager here as well. I was told by an agent over the phone last night that there is a new Cloud DVR coming from Cox (next year maybe) that does not require the Panoramic WiFi and will work with any good router/WiFi service (I have a WiFi 6 mesh network).
