ACP Qualification
I've been trying to requalify for ACP since December. I've explained to Cox and ID.me that I only have my landline phone and I have no documentation online I can show them to prove I am who I say I am. I've been tossed back and forth from Cox and ID.me for 3 months. 2 times rudely. I qualified last year in 30 seconds. Any help?434Views1like1CommentESPN
Every other cable service I've checked up and down the East Coast offers at least ESPN to even their lowest cable TV tiers. Why does Cox make customers pay for ''sports packages'' when many would be happy with just ESPN. I don't want NFL Network, NBA, etc. JUST ESPN. Sounds like a rip off.619Views0likes1Comment
