Have you set up the "autopad" function? Settings; Preferences; General; Autopad = ON I also usually add 3 or 5 minutes to each recording (or series) using the record options screen. It's a pitabut works. PS - if anyone from Cox is reading this -- can you program in a PERMANENT setting for extra minutes on every recording? I had to replace my box earlier today. The replacement box is quiet and works fine. Yes, it is the hard drive model. It did a software update when first plugged in. Edit: It does have a clock but it's so dim it is unusable, even at its brightest setting.140Views0likes1Comment
