Re: Call History Not Working Here is it 1/15/25 and now here in the Northeast the voice tools section will not even load..in an endless loop of "we are signing you in and please wait..back to signing you in"...shall we dare to think they are fixing the call history or just deleting the function! I am sure a credit will appear on our bills for the lack of this service we pay for. Re: Call History Not Working I have been with Cox for 30 years and I must admit when something goes wrong it is a big issue and their notifications/addmitting of issues is very poor to none. I guess upper management does not get it that if you communicate - people will be less aggravated. I hate change and so I have stuck with them but you have to watch then like a hawk!! Cox is aware of the issue I read but no action on it..so disappointing. Re: No phone call history I did reply that I would not send such info in email and they replied that this issue has been reported by others but until its status goes from Individual to General they cannot help me without such information. So There was no time line for the issue to be General..so I guess I will have to wait..Might be advisable to call as you suggested but for today I am spent of energy. Try later. Re: No phone call history I did both and chat is useless..but the email replied that they want me to reply with all sorts of confidential info like name, user name, pin, PASSWORD for Cox, turn off two auth. etc. I have never had Cox ask me for my password. I am totally not comfortable putting my password in an email in today's environment so I think I will have to just have to hope I get fixed when they decide to fix this issue. Frustrated
