The modems logs is filled with “ 2020-6-27, 20:24:05 Warning (5) Dynamic Range Window violation”. And “ Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response - Re-initializing MAC;CM-MAC=28:80:88:c6:47:80;CMTS-MAC=28:52:61:29:db:93;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0; “. I checked the cabling inside and it looks fine and has no splitters or amplifiers. Iv also noticed that time set on the modem is set not correctly. Would that effect anything? You seem to be the only one who has a clue with cox. It look like something is screwed up with the admin rights on my account on the website side not allowing me to manage email accounts or download mcAfee.
