Where can I receive the phone call logs from 110418 to when I disconnected the phone? Thank you. Asked for removal of the $6.99 charge - not done I asked for removal of the $6.99 insurance charge. I was never told why it was raised from $4.99 or why there isn't an option to do without the "extra" support. I do know that Cox hasn't removed it, per my asking. In addition, what upgrades in fiber lines, etc. have been made since the least fast service, which I have, was $25-29 at one time and now is more than DOUBLE the price. I certainly don't notice any difference nor have I seen hardware upgrades. I certainly have seen that signal levels fall a lot, causing problems with rebooting, but when I tell Cox it gets fixed for a while, indicating the problem is on their end to fix. Rather than require me to do my time to troubleshoot, maybe Cox should pay me as they expect to be paid for their time? Modem reset every day I have had periods where I have to reset the modem EVERY morning. This is a problem. I've complained to support who blames me, my modem, etc. and then when none of that works out, it mysteriously fixes itself for a while. Why hasn't Cox done something when I can give them a specific timeframe and it seems to fix itself?? Re: Lied to. So Cox still doesn't listen. In other words, they rip off people for $10 a month when they may not need those services? I can't see paying $7 a month for internal wiring when you get more with the other. That being said $120 ripoff because people don't always need that. You don't have 2 tiers? Cox doesn't listen to its customers only the golden parachutes for its 8 figure paid CEO's. If Cox had, they would have known to split things out for those who need it and those who don't. What is the profit margin on the fee? I am sure hiding that will tell us lots. Re: Lied to. Right. You all were too lazy to tell me what Cox Complete care is, instead telling me to go look it up. Then your link doesn't work. Where do I send my bill for doing COX's reps work? Why can't you explain it? This is what people are talking about when they leave Cox. There is absolutely NO excuse for this "customer service". Let others know about it so they can see it. It took years of comments: never did get NoMoRobo. So I got rid of Cox phone. My sister has already gotten rid of Cox TV (from what I remember) and I'm waiting to see when her phone goes. She has a cell phone, wouldn't surprise me she gets rid of the internet because she doesn't use it. Cox needs to learn there is NO excuse to keep sending someone broken links they don't know about and tell them to do searches rather than typing it up themselves. Cox reps response verbatim: I apologize the link provided was not working properly. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. If you are looking for more information the Cox Complete Care plan please visit the cox.com website and in the search function type in Complete Care plan. The first result listed provides you with the information. Re: Lied to. How about the laziness of support being shown? If you want us to do work for you, you need to pay for our time and stop expecting us to pay you for yours when you don't pay us for yours. The #1 reason to get rid of you all and the services? Attitude. When you are a monopoly, this is what happens. Prices skyrocket and attitudes towards the customer drop lower than the dust. Lied to. First I was told I would get a $10 a month discount for being a loyal customer. Didn't see that on my bill. Then I got a unknown and untold $75 or so fee on my account that is HIGHER than the bill!!!!! I NEVER was told I was going to be secretly charged and for what? The reason I got rid of TV with Cox years ago and now the phone was the overpriced garbage. Get rid of the 6.99 service too. Since you ripped me off at 4.99 for years, now its up to 6.99, an almost $85 a year charge, get rid of that too. However you need to produce in writing what I'm being charged for. That was a monthly telephone, I asked, so no fees should have occurred from removing it. Even if there were, you had better come up with that in writing where I agreed to it. Phone call either. Re: when can digital voice customers use NOMOROBO,cox has been working on this forever.Al other providers offer customers the serice. What is happening that digital voice customers have to wait? Move on. I did. Too many promises and they didn't do anything. Sad but I got rid of the TV and have been fine, got rid of the phone. Re: Stopping spoofed number phone harassment. I moved on. Cox wouldn't, so I did. Re: Simultaneous Ring for Nomorobo in Northern Virginia After several years of Robo calls and promises of nomorobo, I got rid of them. Went elsewhere: cheaper and no robo calls.
