unreliable service
We're relatively new here and are astounded at the poor service from Cox - almost used to watching tv with flickering audio and freezing frames. This is a rip-off!! And Cox is clever enough to provide no opportunities to contact a responsible service rep without going through hoops and getting an offer to send a tech out with a service fee attached.668Views0likes1Comment
