Re: Packet loss/bad connection Rocket League
Here is the ping plotter for 15 minutes. Completely un usable for games and my usage. I don't have words for how frustrated I am with this. It is my outgoing connection. There is zero packet loss from my PC running ping plotter on WIFI and my PS4 is connected hardwired. There are more than enough timestamps for you (Cox) to pull logs from the equipment to see what the bottleneck is. It seems like congestion because it doesn't happen all the time. If that's the case please upgrade the infrastructure to support the neighborhood. I heard murmurs about getting fiber installed from a representative of yours but have seen nothing else regarding it. For now I am going to look at using this information to cancel my contract (more than enough evidence to show the connection is not as advertised) and go with another ISP. In the meantime I will be streaming on Twitch to showcase Cox and the amount of packet loss and lag they have in Rocket League.
