They usually start around 3 o’clock in the afternoon and go on most of the night. I got a message on the app saying they were having issues with the network. This morning, I got a message saying everything was resolved. Today like clockwork out again at 3pm. I called Cox. They said there are outages again. Anyone else having this problem and did you get it resolved? Any help appreciate it. I just started connect assist after being on the 250 m speed and loved the app. I could monitor what devices are on my network, get warning messages when they blocked malware, etc. Now I have restricted access to it. Makes no sense why. I was on the phone forever trying to get clarification and got a different answer from everyone I spoke to in tech support from there's an outage in your area to your order hasn't been processed yet. The last guy I spoke with today, Vic, said there's not reason we shouldn't have access to it. No one is on the same page in tech support. The modem is compatible and if you have the 100 mg speed without connect assist you get access. It's really discriminatory. There's not logical explanation to deny us! Frustrated! EBB Progam Hi, Has anyone received this EBB benefit yet? I've gotten 4 mails from the gov. telling me I was approved, the first on May 17. Yes, I did the ID.ME and everything else I was required to do. Going on my third billing cycle since I applied and still nothing. When I call Cox, no one has a clue what's going on. There is not supervisor with any knowledge of the program either. They then give you the number to call the government. I called them. They tell me, yes, you're approved, call Cox. I tell them I did but they insist it's on Cox's end. Anyone offer any help? Who to contact? This is ridiculous already. I have to reapply again by Aug. 15 according to the email from the government. Any assistance and/or suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Gary
